We’ve been in the industry since the late 90’s and have always operated under 3 simple, yet core principals:

Those pillars have always served us well. Whether you’re a weekly service customer or a calling for a repair, you can count on us to; give you fair pricing, provide repair options (when possible), complete the work in the time-frame we committed and be professional and honest without exception.
A few things you should know about us …
- Our technicians are thoroughly trained and have at least 3 years of hands on, real world experience.
- Our technicians continue to learn from industry workshops, conferences, trade shows and product manufacturers to ensure we’re always up to date. Learning never stops.
- Our robust and comprehensive 1 Million Dollar General Liability Insurance Policy provides peace of mind for you and for us.
- With our weekly swimming pool service options, your technician will be the same each week and he/she will arrive at approximately the same time.
- We live by the Golden Rule: Treat others how we would like to be treated. As such, you’ll always be treated with that in mind.
- Our billing is straight forward, transparent and simple.
- Invoices (weekly pool service customers) are sent via email on/about the first of each month and are due by the 15th for that month’s service. The invoice will clearly outline services rendered and contain a secure payment link to make payment online. We accept all major credit/debit cards, checks, cash, ACH and Zelle as forms of payment.
- If you’re ever not 100% satisfied with any service provided by Duff Pools we’ll make every effort to promptly make it right. We don’t want unhappy customers.
- We’re small enough where you’ll never be just a number, but we’re also large enough to operate at scale so we can provide prompt service, provide competitive pricing (because we purchase items in bulk, at wholesale pricing to save and pass those savings along to you) and we’re agile in a rapidly changing industry.
- We exclusively operate in the swimming pool and spa industry. We don’t do landscaping, painting, HVAC or anything else. We do what we know and love … beautifying pools.
- Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers. Whether it’s a simple service call, full equipment being replaced or weekly service … we want you returning to Duff Pools for years to come.
- Skipping service stops is unacceptable and not a practice we do. The only time your pool will not be serviced on the regular day is if there’s severe weather/storm, we have an access issue (ie; locked gate or a holiday (which you will be informed of any schedule change weeks in advance)).
- Upon leaving, any gates or access points to your pool and backyard will be closed or locked.
- Any pool related issue will be communicated with you. Whether it’s a needed sand change, filter clean or we’re adjusting the pool timer … you’ll know about it.
- It’s an industry we truly love and we’re passionate about. We want our customers enjoying their pool and creating memories … we gain immense satisfaction knowing we played a small role in helping that happen.
